SW12 – Kitchen Scale for Food

The scale instantly computes the weight, and displays it on the large easy-to-read LCD back-lit display. A quick glance is all it takes to keep moving along in your recipe prep. The extra-large weighing platform offers ample room for large ingredients & containers. The scale is designed to weigh up to 5000 grams in 1 gram increments for that precise measurement. It’s ready to use right out of the box. Tips & Care:  Prior to using your scale for the first time, remove the plastic insulation strips from the battery compartment. Place scale on a flat level surface, press the ON/OFF key to turn on the scale, wait until “0.0” (zero) is displayed, you are ready to weigh. Place the object(s) on the weighing platform; wait a few seconds for the display to stabilize before taking a weight reading. For a quick clean up, just take a damp cloth & wipe away any mess. Functions: Mode key, which allows you to change the measurement unit from grams to ounces to pennyweight to troy ounces. On/Off key, to be used as a Tare feature and subtract the weight of an empty tray or container for net weight.
