In the unlikely event cause by the parts & equipment supplied, installation or any other services & work liability will not exceed, and it\u2019s limited to the value of the equipment sold or service provided by Petra as per the quotation and should fall under the warranty limits.\u00a0<\/p>

Accessories, bowls, trays, finishes, clasps, hinges, feet, Cables, AC adaptors and batteries or any other accessories are not covered by this warranty. Also, any incidental or consequential damage or loss is not covered.\u00a0<\/p>

Warranty based on ex-work\/ex-factory as drop and collect, Equipment owner agrees to drop or send it back to PETRA also collect back and bare all related carriage charges or to pay for service technicians traveling expenses and labors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

For warranty service we will need three things from you:\u00a0<\/p>

1) The equipment\u00a0<\/p>

2) A copy of your original sales receipt or printout of online purchase record.\u00a0<\/p>

3) The original warranty card that came with the equipment\u00a0<\/p>

Also please make sure that your scale is completely clean and free of any foreign materials.\u00a0<\/p>

Inspection and simple repair work such as connection can be done usually within 2 working days from receiving the material at our service center, however it still depends on the nature of matter and availability of parts with Petra\u00a0<\/p>

This warranty shall not apply to equipment which:\u00a0<\/p>

  1. Has had repairs or modifications not authorized by Petra which in Petra judgement has affected the performance or reliability.<\/li>
  2. Has been subject to misuse, negligent handling, and improper installation, and accident, damage by fire, water, submersion, or act of God.<\/li>
  3. Has had serial numbers altered, defaced, or removed.<\/li>
  4. Has not followed Petra recommendations for epoxy coatings, galvanizing, or stainless-steel construction for installation in harsh environments.<\/li>
  5. The warranty will become invalid if the products have not been used for the purpose they were designed for.<\/li><\/ol>

      During the applicable warranty period, if we determine that the Product fails to meet its warranty, we will repair the Product, or at our option replace it without charge. If your Product model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable Product model and according to its age conditions and warranty will be based on the remaining balance of the original product warranty period.\u00a0<\/p>
