Return and Refund Policy<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Eligibility Period for Returns:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    • If the item was not in its original condition, then Petra have the right to accept it or not, and to apply special terms and condition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      • Customers should contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. A Return Merchandise Authorization (<\/span>RMA<\/span><\/b>) number will be provided, which must be clearly marked on the return packaging.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product, including proper packaging and shipping. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or a shipping error on our part (for local within standard services area by our couriers).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
